Nikolai Moderbacher has been working in New York City since 2000. He was a finalist for Brooklyn Designs 2003 and will be exhibiting at this year's show (2004). His work is for sale at The Future Perfect and Breukelen.

Holy Tears, Nikolai's line of tea light candleholders, are currently part of the decor at restaurants Gia and Sogno.

Nikolai has also made custom pieces for Indochine, 60 Thompson Hotel, Abaya, Venus Arts Garden and The Future Perfect.
